SVSRDA - Annual Meetings

We hold only two meeting each year on a Sunday afternoon ... one in the Fall (usually in October) and one in the Spring (usually March). All member clubs have two votes and are urged to attend both meetings to ensure they have input into the affairs of the Association. It's also at these meetings that the preparation and planning for our two annual dances takes place.
The meetings are held at the Masonic Lodge in Brockville (see map below for directions) which has sufficient space for us to hold the business portion of our meetings as well as space to dance 3 squares after the meeting. Dance - you don't say? Well yes, we mix business & pleasure! We start our General Meeting at 2pm and conduct business until 4pm. At that time, we stop and push back the tables & chairs and dance for an hour. After that, we pull the furniture back in place and then sit down & share a pot-luck supper and more fellowship. It's ALWAYS a fun afternoon and there's no restriction on the number of people that can attend the meetings, so come out & join us !!
